Delivery

Once payment has been received we will endeavor to ship your bags out within 10 days.

UK shipping is free and will take takes up to 10day

Europe shipping will be £9.95 and can take up to 14 days

Taking Care and cleaning

Congratulations on purchasing your Chelsea Noir handbag. We have sustainably and ethically sourced our materials and we have poured our hearts into making each handbag.

1. Each bag comes with a dust bag to help protect the leather and suede along with its shape. Please use this when storing the bag.
2. Please ensure the bag is kept away from water this is to protect the leather and suede from damage. If the bag should get wet in the rain then allow the bag to dry naturally.
3. Let the bag sit with room around it and do not place other items or anything heavy on top.
4. Keep out of direct sunlight this is to protect the suede from discoloring.
5. Do not put pressure on the bags or pull the handles.
6. To clean the bag you can use a suede spray and a fluff-free cloth.
7. Do not put apply heat to the bag.

Return and faulty bags

We will be happy to replace any damaged items within 14 days free of charge once we have inspected the damaged bags.

Please ensure you return to the address on the label along with a copy of your order and send it tracked. Once the bag has been inspected and checked we will be in touch regarding a full or partial refund.
